Der Dienst

Next Auto Systems bietet Tools für Inhalte, Kontakte, Chancen, Inventar und Geschäftsorganisation für Verkäufer, Makler und Händler. Der vertraglich vereinbarte Umfang ist das, was bei der Auswahl eines Plans vorgelegt und akzeptiert wird. Demonstrationen veranschaulichen Arbeitsabläufe und garantieren keine Verkäufe, Einnahmen, Einsparungen oder Lead-Verfügbarkeit.

Pläne, Inhalte und zusätzliche Kosten

Pläne haben definierte Grenzen; Diese Seite bietet keine unbegrenzten Mengen an. Preis, Kontingente, Zeitraum, Verlängerungs- und Stornierungsbedingungen müssen vor dem Kauf angezeigt werden. Für Leads und zusätzliche Dienste können gesonderte Gebühren anfallen. Durch das Erkunden dieser Landung oder das Senden einer Anfrage wird kein Abonnement gestartet.

Ihr Konto und Ihre Materialien

Sie müssen genaue Angaben machen, den Kontozugriff schützen und über die Berechtigung für die von Ihnen hochgeladenen Materialien und Daten verfügen. Überprüfen Sie das generierte Material, bevor Sie es verwenden. Nutzen Sie den Dienst nicht, um sich als andere auszugeben, Kunden in die Irre zu führen oder unbefugte Mitteilungen zu versenden.

Data you upload, import or connect

You decide what data you bring into the service. We give you tools to paste lists, upload files, screenshots and photos, share contacts from your phone and connect other systems. We do not review where that data comes from or verify your right to use it.

Each time you import data you declare and warrant that: (i) you have the legal and contractual right to use and upload it, including any authorization you need from your dealer, employer or the owner of the source system; (ii) doing so does not breach an employment agreement, confidentiality agreement, dealer policy or the terms of the CRM or provider it came from; (iii) you will contact those people in compliance with applicable law — the TCPA and state telemarketing laws, the National Do Not Call Registry and your own internal do-not-call lists, CAN-SPAM, and carrier and WhatsApp rules — and you will act immediately on any opt-out request; and (iv) you will not upload Social Security numbers, bank or card account numbers, credit reports or other nonpublic financial information you do not need for sales follow-up.

Dealer information. A dealership’s customer data may be protected by financial privacy laws — such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the FTC’s Safeguards Rule — and by the dealer’s own contracts. If you use data from a dealer, you do so with its authorization and at your own exclusive risk. Next Auto Systems is not a party to your relationship with the dealer and is not responsible for that use.

Our role. We process that data on your behalf and following your instructions in order to provide the service; you remain responsible for the data you bring in. Automated reading with artificial intelligence can make mistakes: review every import before confirming it.

Indemnification. You will indemnify Graveran Holdings LLC (operating as Next Auto Systems), its officers, employees and providers, against claims, fines, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from the data you uploaded, how you obtained it, or how you contacted those people.

Measures. We may pause imports, remove data or suspend an account if we receive a credible complaint, a legal demand, or detect a prohibited use, and we may cooperate with dealers and authorities when the law requires it.

Record. We keep evidence of your declaration for every import — date and time, the version of this text, and technical session data. Nothing in this section limits rights that the law does not allow you to waive.

Nachrichtenübermittlung und Aktivierung

SMS und WhatsApp erfordern Konfiguration, Zustimmung und entsprechende Überprüfung. Die Genehmigung des Plattform-ISV ersetzt nicht die Genehmigung für jedes Unternehmen, jede Kampagne oder jeden Absender. Zeitpunkt und Lieferung hängen auch von Twilio, Meta und den Spediteuren ab.

Für das Programm Next Auto Systems SMS variiert die Nachrichtenhäufigkeit und es können Nachrichten- und Datenraten anfallen. Die Anmeldung ist optional und keine Kaufbedingung. Antworten Sie mit STOP, um sich abzumelden, und mit HELP, um Hilfe zu erhalten. Die Spediteure haften nicht für verspätete oder nicht zugestellte Nachrichten.
