Marketplace Privacy
Version mercado-privacidad-v1 · 2026-09-02. No fine print: this is exactly what we do with your data.
The most important part first
The Marketplace works like this: you give us your name and phone number, and sellers pay Next Auto System to receive them so they can contact you with their offer. That exchange is the product. It only happens when you initiate a contact or post a request, and we tell you before the final button, not after.
What we collect
- Name, phone (verified by SMS code) and, if you provide it, email.
- What you declare in the form: vehicle, budget, approximate credit range, ZIP code.
- Basic technical data: IP address and browser, for fraud prevention and consent records.
No SSN, no date of birth, no credit bureau pulls.
Who it is shared with
- The seller(s) who pay for your contact: name, phone, ZIP and your request. Before paying, a seller only sees your request without your name or phone.
- Service providers that operate the platform (SMS, payments, infrastructure). We never sell your data to third-party lists or data brokers.
Your choices
- Cancel a contact before any seller pays, from your account.
- Turn on "do not contact me" in your profile.
- Delete your account from your profile. We keep the minimum transaction records the law requires.
- Reply STOP to any SMS to stop receiving messages.
What we cannot undo: if a seller already paid and received your contact, that seller has it. Their use remains subject to these terms and the law.
Retention and security
Closed requests are anonymized over time. Verification codes are never stored in plain text. For questions, use the contact channels published on this page.
