Контрактный объем — это то, что представлено и принято при выборе плана. Демонстрации иллюстрируют рабочие процессы и не гарантируют продажи, доходы, экономию или наличие потенциальных клиентов.

Планы, контент и дополнительные расходы

Планы имеют определенные пределы; эта страница не предлагает неограниченное количество. Цена, квоты, период, политика продления и отмены должны быть указаны перед покупкой. За лиды и дополнительные услуги может взиматься отдельная плата. Изучение этой площадки или отправка запроса не запускают подписку.

Ваш аккаунт и материалы

Вы должны предоставить точную информацию, защитить доступ к учетной записи и иметь разрешение на загружаемые вами материалы и данные. Просмотрите созданный материал перед его использованием. Не используйте службу для выдачи себя за других, введения клиентов в заблуждение или отправки несанкционированных сообщений.

Data you upload, import or connect

You decide what data you bring into the service. We give you tools to paste lists, upload files, screenshots and photos, share contacts from your phone and connect other systems. We do not review where that data comes from or verify your right to use it.

Each time you import data you declare and warrant that: (i) you have the legal and contractual right to use and upload it, including any authorization you need from your dealer, employer or the owner of the source system; (ii) doing so does not breach an employment agreement, confidentiality agreement, dealer policy or the terms of the CRM or provider it came from; (iii) you will contact those people in compliance with applicable law — the TCPA and state telemarketing laws, the National Do Not Call Registry and your own internal do-not-call lists, CAN-SPAM, and carrier and WhatsApp rules — and you will act immediately on any opt-out request; and (iv) you will not upload Social Security numbers, bank or card account numbers, credit reports or other nonpublic financial information you do not need for sales follow-up.

Dealer information. A dealership’s customer data may be protected by financial privacy laws — such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the FTC’s Safeguards Rule — and by the dealer’s own contracts. If you use data from a dealer, you do so with its authorization and at your own exclusive risk. Next Auto Systems is not a party to your relationship with the dealer and is not responsible for that use.

Our role. We process that data on your behalf and following your instructions in order to provide the service; you remain responsible for the data you bring in. Automated reading with artificial intelligence can make mistakes: review every import before confirming it.

Indemnification. You will indemnify Graveran Holdings LLC (operating as Next Auto Systems), its officers, employees and providers, against claims, fines, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from the data you uploaded, how you obtained it, or how you contacted those people.

Measures. We may pause imports, remove data or suspend an account if we receive a credible complaint, a legal demand, or detect a prohibited use, and we may cooperate with dealers and authorities when the law requires it.

Record. We keep evidence of your declaration for every import — date and time, the version of this text, and technical session data. Nothing in this section limits rights that the law does not allow you to waive.
