First membership charge
You may request review of the first membership charge within 7 calendar days. A refund may be approved when the service has not been materially used. Material use includes delivered or generated content, calls, messages, WhatsApp traffic, leads, AI consumption, gifts, advertising or another paid resource.
Renewals and consumed services
Renewal charges and usage already consumed are not refundable, except when required by law. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next membership charge.
Incorrect, duplicate or unauthorized charges
We investigate reports of an incorrect, duplicate or unauthorized charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the financial institution determines when the credit appears.
