This notice describes information about platform visitors, business inquiries and participants in the Next Auto Systems SMS program.

Information you provide and how we use it

The form requests your name, email, role and inquiry so we can respond and help with the service. A phone number is required only if you choose SMS. You do not need to accept marketing messages to receive support or purchase.

We record the date, source page, language, consent version and text, and technical request information, including an identifier derived from the IP address and browser information, to document your choice and prevent abuse. Landing demonstrations use examples and do not send messages or create campaigns.

Mobile information and consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any such sharing. Technical providers may process information only to deliver the services we request, such as hosting, support or message delivery.

Business programs and Marketplace

Contacting Next Auto Systems does not authorize a dealership, salesperson or broker to send you SMS. Each business has its own identity and consent. If you use the Marketplace to request seller contact, that flow has a separate notice and choice; platform SMS consent does not transfer with a lead.

Data you import as a professional user

If you are a salesperson, broker or dealer user, you can upload contact information belonging to other people — for example your leads, your customers or a dealer’s customers — by pasting lists, uploading files or photos, sharing contacts from your phone or connecting other systems. We process that information as a service provider, on your instructions, to run the tools you use; you remain responsible for the data you bring in. We use an AI provider, including the OpenAI API, to read pasted lists, files and photos and turn them into contact records.

Anyone can ask us, through the contact on this page, to remove their information from a user’s account; we will handle that request together with that user as required by law.

Facebook and Instagram (Meta) data

With your permission, when you connect your Facebook Pages or your Instagram account we obtain: the identifiers and names of the Pages and Instagram accounts you connect, encrypted access tokens, your scheduled and published posts and their metrics, and, if you use the inbox, the messages and comments you receive on those accounts and the public name and photo of the person who wrote them.

We use this to publish and schedule your content, show you its metrics, let you reply to messages and comments from the panel, and manage your ads if you activate them.

We do not sell this data or share it with third parties for their own advertising, and we follow Meta’s Platform Policy.

We keep this information while the connection stays active. When you disconnect, we stop using it and delete it on request.

Control, access and retention

You can unsubscribe from SMS with STOP and request access, correction or deletion through the contact on this page. We retain information needed to handle inquiries, maintain accounts, respect opt-outs, document consent and meet applicable obligations. Deletion may retain limited records needed for those purposes.

Security and changes

We restrict inquiry access to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage guarantees absolute security. Changes to this notice will be published here with the corresponding version.
