This page explains what Facebook and Instagram data Next Auto Systems keeps when you connect your accounts, and how to disconnect and delete it.
What we store when you connect Facebook or Instagram
When you connect your Facebook Pages or your Instagram account, we store:
- The identifiers and names of the Pages and Instagram accounts you connect.
- Encrypted access tokens, kept in a vault and never shown in the app.
- Your scheduled and published posts and their performance metrics.
- If you use the inbox: messages and comments received on your Pages and Instagram, and the public name and photo of the person who wrote them.
How to disconnect and delete your data
You can disconnect at any time and ask us to delete everything:
- In the panel: go to Marketing › Settings › Connected accounts and select “Disconnect”. This stops the connection from being used.
- Remove the app from Facebook: go to Settings & privacy › Settings › Business Integrations, find Next Auto Systems and select “Remove”.
- Request full deletion: email support@nextautomarket.com with the subject “Delete my Meta data” and include the email of your account. We confirm by email and delete everything within a maximum of 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (billing records).
What happens to what you already published
Posts you already published stay on Facebook and Instagram. To remove them, delete them from Facebook or Instagram directly.
