Ang serbisyo

Nagbibigay ang Next Auto Systems ng mga tool para sa nilalaman, mga contact, pagkakataon, imbentaryo at organisasyon ng negosyo para sa mga salespeople, broker at dealership. Ang kinontratang saklaw ay kung ano ang ipinakita at tinatanggap kapag pumipili ng isang plano. Ang mga demonstrasyon ay naglalarawan ng mga daloy ng trabaho at hindi ginagarantiyahan ang mga benta, kita, pagtitipid o pagkakaroon ng lead.

Mga plano, nilalaman at karagdagang gastos

Ang mga plano ay may tinukoy na mga limitasyon; ang pahinang ito ay hindi nag-aalok ng walang limitasyong dami. Dapat ipakita ang presyo, mga quota, panahon, pag-renew at patakaran sa pagkansela bago bumili. Maaaring may magkahiwalay na singil ang mga lead at karagdagang serbisyo. Ang paggalugad sa landing na ito o pagpapadala ng isang pagtatanong ay hindi magsisimula ng isang subscription.

Ang iyong account at mga materyales

Dapat kang magbigay ng tumpak na impormasyon, protektahan ang access sa account at magkaroon ng pahintulot para sa mga materyales at data na iyong ina-upload. Suriin ang nabuong materyal bago ito gamitin. Huwag gamitin ang serbisyo upang magpanggap bilang iba, linlangin ang mga customer o magpadala ng mga hindi awtorisadong komunikasyon.

Data you upload, import or connect

You decide what data you bring into the service. We give you tools to paste lists, upload files, screenshots and photos, share contacts from your phone and connect other systems. We do not review where that data comes from or verify your right to use it.

Each time you import data you declare and warrant that: (i) you have the legal and contractual right to use and upload it, including any authorization you need from your dealer, employer or the owner of the source system; (ii) doing so does not breach an employment agreement, confidentiality agreement, dealer policy or the terms of the CRM or provider it came from; (iii) you will contact those people in compliance with applicable law — the TCPA and state telemarketing laws, the National Do Not Call Registry and your own internal do-not-call lists, CAN-SPAM, and carrier and WhatsApp rules — and you will act immediately on any opt-out request; and (iv) you will not upload Social Security numbers, bank or card account numbers, credit reports or other nonpublic financial information you do not need for sales follow-up.

Dealer information. A dealership’s customer data may be protected by financial privacy laws — such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the FTC’s Safeguards Rule — and by the dealer’s own contracts. If you use data from a dealer, you do so with its authorization and at your own exclusive risk. Next Auto Systems is not a party to your relationship with the dealer and is not responsible for that use.

Our role. We process that data on your behalf and following your instructions in order to provide the service; you remain responsible for the data you bring in. Automated reading with artificial intelligence can make mistakes: review every import before confirming it.

Indemnification. You will indemnify Graveran Holdings LLC (operating as Next Auto Systems), its officers, employees and providers, against claims, fines, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from the data you uploaded, how you obtained it, or how you contacted those people.

Measures. We may pause imports, remove data or suspend an account if we receive a credible complaint, a legal demand, or detect a prohibited use, and we may cooperate with dealers and authorities when the law requires it.

Record. We keep evidence of your declaration for every import — date and time, the version of this text, and technical session data. Nothing in this section limits rights that the law does not allow you to waive.

Pagmemensahe at pag-activate

Tumugon ng STOP upang mag-unsubscribe at TULONG para sa tulong. Ang mga carrier ay hindi mananagot para sa mga naantala o hindi naihatid na mga mensahe.
